Black Horse Estates features 60 single story homes range from 2,509 to 3,107 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This project had extensive grading and drainage involved. The homes were constructed on a hillside to maximize the views. The homes were framed out of wood on top of a concrete slab foundation. Stucco was used for the exteriors and the roofs were tile. Project & Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Quality Assurance (Free of Construction Defects, Asbestos, Mold and Lead) services were provided on this project. This project was not involved in insurance claim resolution, insurance loss valuation, or insurance adjusting services provided by Nick Priest & Associates.
