Prospect Glen consists of 48 two-story homes ranging from 1,711 to 1,812 square feet. Three distinct floor plans provide from three to four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. These homes were constructed out of wood, on concrete slab foundations. The exterior consists of stucco with tile roofs. Extensive offsite improvements were made to allow the utilities to be brought onsite. Project & Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Quality Assurance (Free of Construction Defects, Asbestos, Mold and Lead) services were provided on this project. This project was not involved in insurance claim resolution, insurance loss valuation, or insurance adjusting services provided by Nick Priest & Associates.
