Valley Glen Meadows consists of 15 single story homes, with sizes ranging from 1,590 to 1,741 square feet. There were 3 floor plans used in the construction. These homes were constructed out of wood on concrete slab foundations. The exterior consists of stucco with tile roofs. Extensive offsite improvements were made to facilitate the utilities being brought onsite. Project & Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Quality Assurance (Free of Construction Defects, Asbestos, Mold and Lead) services were provided on this project. This project was not involved in insurance claim resolution, insurance loss valuation, or insurance adjusting services provided by Nick Priest & Associates.
